When Will I be Charged and when will my Box Ship?

As we grow, all Links & Lifestyle boxes will ship on the 10th of each month, and subscription payments will process on the 5th of each month.

For new subscribers, here’s how timing works:

Orders placed between the 1st and the 21st of the month will receive the upcoming month’s box.

Orders placed on the 22nd through the end of the month will begin with the next available box after the upcoming shipment.

For example, orders placed between March 22–31 will receive their first box in May, not April.

You’ll be charged at checkout when you place your first order. If that initial payment covers an upcoming box, we’ll automatically skip your subscription renewal for that month, so you’re never charged twice.

One small note: if we’re able to get your very first box out sooner, we absolutely will — but sometimes that first shipment takes a little extra time as we prepare everything just right. We promise it’s worth the wait, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Can I Customize My Box?

Yes — we personalize the experience where it matters most. When you subscribe, you’ll answer a few quick questions to help us ensure the right fit, including your apparel and glove sizes, along with a few lifestyle preferences.

While box themes and items are thoughtfully selected each month, your sizing details help us make sure what you receive fits comfortably and feels right — on and off the course.

Can I Gift a Box to a Friend?

Absolutely! 🎁 You can gift a Links & Lifestyle box to anyone who loves golf, encouragement, and meaningful moments.

Just select the “Send as a Gift” option at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest — including a personalized message from you. Whether it’s for a birthday, holiday, or “just because,” it’s the perfect way to share a little faith, fellowship, and fairway joy.

Yes! We get it — life gets busy. If you ever need to skip a month, just log in to your account and manage your subscription with a few quick clicks. We’ll be right here when you’re ready for your next round. ⛳

Can I Just Buy One Box?

At this time, boxes are available through a subscription only — but don’t worry, you’re in control. You can cancel anytime, and to avoid receiving the upcoming month’s box, please cancel before the first day of the month. We think you’ll love it enough to stay, but the choice is always yours. ⛳💚

Do I Have to Renew Each Month?

Nope! Your subscription renews automatically, so you never have to worry about missing a box. We’ll handle the details — you just enjoy what’s inside. ⛳💚

Who is FCA?

FCA stands for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, a nonprofit organization that uses sports as a platform to share faith, build character, and develop leadership in athletes and coaches. We proudly partner with the South Coastal Division of FCA, helping equip young athletes with mentorship, encouragement, and Christ-centered community. Every Links & Lifestyle box gives back — with 10% of net proceeds supporting the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, because we believe faith and sport have the power to shape lives on and off the course.
